My Experience

I have had extensive experience in working with government organizations.
At Indiana University, I took several courses in history, government, economics, and journalism and received my B.A. in Political Science.
In our student government, I was an IUSA senator and represented over 1,000 dormitory residents in the student senate. I also served as RHA elections commissioner and supervised elections for over 10,000 dormitory residents.
I have been employed by Historic Fort Wayne, the Parks and Recreation Department, and served as a volunteer with the Allen County Prosecutor's Office.
I have been a volunteer with several Democratic campaigns including those of Tom Henry, Hillary Clinton, and President Barack Obama.
I am a former employee of General Motors and a former member of the United Auto Workers. I am a strong supporter for the rights of the working and middle classes.
I am a prolific writer of political essays and political satire and several excerpts from my novels and other published writings can be read online.
I believe that my professional and educational experiences in government make me the best candidate to represent the Democratic Party as the nominee for Congress in the 3rd District of Indiana.
